This month will see Ireland finest Cocktail bartender battle it out to represent Ireland in sunny Sydney for the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail competition.

The World’s best bartenders create rum cocktails inspired by over 150 Years of The Bacardi Legacy. Along with Diageo World Class this is the most prestigious Cocktail competition in the world and representing Ireland can be a massive stepping stone in peoples careers.  Best of luck to Kenny from 32 Marlboro St and Mr. consistency Shane Nolan who as always will represent Soho with thoroughness and passion.
